How to Manage Your Time to Succeed While Working From Home!

It was laborious at times to write down practice plans for the last 25 years, but looking back on those notebooks, which were all preserved in notebook form, filed by day and year, I can see how they presented me with the history and progress chart of every team I ever coached. Reading them reveals the flaws and strengths of each person as well as the group as a whole, including the coaching staff. It’s easy to relate this to Network Marketing or to any individual.

Do you, first and foremost, have a daily practice plan (also known as a daily schedule)? Do you have a daily schedule? Is there a to-do list? Do you follow it if you have one, or do you simply keep it as a reminder for when you have nothing to do and are just sitting around? Let’s have a look at the Plan itself. Our daily practice schedule (we practiced for two hours most days) was designed to save time and serve as a guide for the team to improve their strengths while also working on their flaws.

Every day, 2 hours of steady effort toward individual and team progress, divided into 5 minute parts for the first hour or so to strengthen basics, with the remainder of the time devoted to the areas of basketball that the coaches believed the team required at the moment. Every day is strictly adhered to.
Scheduling your day is something that should be handled seriously rather being done casually and without dedication. Adjust or create your timetable to reflect the fact that a work day is substantially longer than a two-hour practice day.

What time does your day begin for you? Make a note of it. Do you start by showering, exercising, or eating breakfast? Make a note of it. For example, every day at 4:30 a.m. (I know, I’m an early bird), I receive emails, check statistics, and read a motivational quotation or short tale. Then I go for a half-hour walk with the dog before returning home to have breakfast and shower. All of this is part of my practice plan. Now it’s time to get back to work on your strategy. Start with the most important task for the day, such as responding to emails or sending ad content, for example. Write down the start and finish times for this work, and attempt to stay as close to the time limit as possible. Every day, work on your foundations, but write them down on your daily practice plan so you can see them every morning. Include lunch and breaks, as well as any other mind-clearing activities, in your daily schedule; after all, you picked the network marketing sector for the time freedom, didn’t you?

Decide what is most critical for that day: prospecting calls, meetings with downlines, mentors, or coaches? These can be longer time portions on your practice plan. Is there anything you need to brush up on? Give it a schedule! Checking off completed items on your plan is crucial; it acts as a road map to your day’s end. When do you call it a day? Is it never-ending or do you have a set routine to follow at the end of the day? It’s time to plan for the next day whenever you finish your current one; by doing so the night before, items that “came up” that day that you may need to work on can be recorded.

Examine the current day’s schedule to assess what was accomplished and what was not. If, and I emphasize IF, something was left undone (we’ve all had those days when distractions seem to be the order of the day), it would be the first item on the agenda for the next day. Last but not least, keep a copy of the plan filed away and review it each day at the end of the week to see what you accomplished!
Watch as this contributes to the GROWTH of not just you, but also your BUSINESS! Lawyers and doctors both have “practices,” and we network marketers “test” ads, “test” websites, and so on as we develop our businesses. It is said that practice makes perfect. Wrong! Perfect practice leads to perfect performance! Practice Plans are an excellent technique to achieve perfection. “Winners do what losers won’t,” as the saying goes.
